Jobinfo.id PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (the Company), which was previously a merger of several companies, began to develop the plantation industry in Indonesia more than 30 years ago. Starting from a cassava plantation, then developing a rubber plant, until 1984, the cultivation of oil palm plants was started in Riau Province. Now, the Company continues to grow and become one of the largest oil palm plantation companies and is managed through good management. Until 2019, the total area managed by the Company has reached 286,877 hectares, which are spread across the islands of Sumatra, Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
In managing oil palm plantations, since its inception, the Company has built partnerships with the community in the form of nucleus-plasma partnerships and community economic improvement activities (IGA) both through the cultivation of oil palm and non-oil palm plantations. This collaboration ensures that the presence of oil palm plantations managed by the Company also provides great benefits to the surrounding community.
Along with the growth of the Company’s business, in 1997 the Company conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (at that time the Jakarta Stock Exchange and the Surabaya Stock Exchange). Currently, the Company’s public share ownership is 20.32% of the total 1.925 billion shares outstanding. The high investor confidence in the Company is reflected in the strong share price position. For the trading ended on December 31, 2019, the share price of the Company with the trading code “AALI” was closed at Rp. 14,575.
To maintain business continuity, apart from managing oil palm plantation areas, the Company also develops downstream industries. The company operates a palm oil processing plant (refinery) in North Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi Province, and Dumai, Riau Province. Processed palm oil products in the form of Olein, Stearin and PFAD are used to meet export market demands, including from China, Malaysia, the Philippines and South Korea. The Company has also operated an NPK fertilizer mixing plant in Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi Province since 2016 and in Bumiharjo, Central Kalimantan Province since 2017. In addition, the Company has also started to develop a palm-cattle integration business in Kotawaringin Barat Regency, Central Kalimantan Province.
Facing challenges in the future, the Company focuses its business strategy on increasing productivity, increasing efficiency in all lines, and diversifying its business in prospective sectors related to the core business in the oil palm plantation sector.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melakukan analisis kebutuhan bisnis dan pengguna melalui koordinasi dengan user dan tim terkait.
- Menyusun desain solusi sistem (arsitektur aplikasi, flowchart, ERD, dan dokumen teknis lainnya).
- Mengembangkan aplikasi web berbasis PHP sesuai kebutuhan operasional perusahaan.
- Mengembangkan aplikasi mobile menggunakan Android Studio (Java/Kotlin).
- Mendesain, mengelola, dan mengoptimalkan database Oracle untuk mendukung performa aplikasi.
- Melakukan integrasi API dan konektivitas antar modul aplikasi.
- Melakukan pengujian unit, integrasi, dan user acceptance test (UAT) untuk memastikan kualitas aplikasi.
- Menyusun dokumentasi teknis dan melakukan proses handover ke tim operasional.
- Memberikan dukungan teknis, melakukan troubleshooting, serta perbaikan bug pada aplikasi yang telah berjalan.
Persyaratan
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer,Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
- Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.
- Memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam pengembangan webmenggunakan PHP framework terkait (mis. Laravel, CodeIgniter)
- Menguasai pengembangan aplikasi mobile menggunakan AndroidStudio.
- Menguasai desain dan pengelolaan database Oracle serta SQLQuery.
- Memahami siklus pengembangan perangkat lunak (SoftwareDevelopment Lifecycle / SDLC).
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan problem solving yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim, sertamemiliki komunikasi yang baik
